Grace Notes are celebrating their 20th Anniversary in 2012 with a series of special appearances, reflecting their music since 1992. To coincide, Fellside Recordings will be releasing a new CD, “20”, in March. The album will include tracks from the previous 4 albums plus new recordings. Helen Hockenhull – vocals, keyboard, concertina, mandolin Lynda Hardcastle – vocals, recorders Maggie Boyle – vocals, flute, bodhran Grace Notes perform a cappella and accompanied arrangements of traditional and contemporary songs in three-part harmony. Their highly praised harmonies and thoughtful repertoire make them one of the folk scene‘s best-loved female groups.
