Since day one at Cobbles and Clay, Jill has always loved the simple and tasty recipes from Jamie Oliver’s cookbook. Ensuring that healthy eating is all about tasty flavours and an overall enjoyable experience is the key message in Jamie’s book, and also the key message in our café. It seems only right that we spread the word even further by featuring two of Jamie’s dishes in our café each week on our specials!
To kick off the new tradition, this week we will be serving a soup made with the king of all superfoods – kale! The Super Green Soup has a beautiful concoction of flavours, from smoky chorizo to fresh herbs, and is full of polyphenols and counts as two of your five a day!
