How do I book?

For advance bookings, head over to our reservation page on the website.  You can make a booking up to 24 hours in advance.

What if I need to cancel?

Please ring us as soon as possible to make us aware OR if you have made a booking online, please use the modify

option to cancel the booking.  We will be notified via our booking system.

Do I need to make a separate booking for pottery painting?

No.  When you book a table with us, we will allocate that table for 2 hours.  You can eat, paint and drink at the same table.

How much does the pottery painting cost?

Our pots range from £10-£45.  This includes the pot, specialist paints, equipment for painting, glazing and firing, bagging

and text message service. We have an extensive range of pots from novelty, functional and seasonal ceramics. 

How long will it take for my pottery to be ready?

If you are collecting your pots, you will receive a text to inform you when to collect.

Standard turn around is 7-10 Days, up to 14 days during busy periods.

Do you offer postage?

We offer UK postage using Royal Mail courier service.  Prices start from £7.  Turn around is up to 14 days plus 2-3 days for postage. 

Please be aware we cannot offer international P&P.

Are you dog friendly?

Yes we are.  We have allocated spaces in the café for furry friends and areas that are dog free. 

If you plan to bring your dog, please let us know in advance so we can book you in the right area. 

Where can I park?

We are located on Main Street which can be accessed on foot from various carparks around the village including:

The Bronte Parsonage Museum Car Park

Bronte Village Car Park

Gas Street Car Park

Can I hire the cafe for a private event?

Yes, you can.  Depending on your group size we can offer different options for private celebrations. 

We cater to kids parties, hen and baby showers, birthdays and anniversaries.

Can you cater for allergies?

We can cater for most allergies; however, we are a small kitchen and cannot guarantee cross contamination will not occur. 

If you have any questions regarding severe allergies, please contact us ahead of your reservation.

Are you Open on Bank Holidays?

We are open 7 days a week 8:45 - 17:00. We are open as normal on bank holidays*.

Our opening times vary during winter, please check our social media for up to date timings.

*Days closed: Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Cobbles & Clay is proud to be based on the iconic cobbled Main Street of Haworth Village, home of the Brontes and one of Yorkshire’s most famous and popular tourist hubs.

Public Transport

Buses: 500, 663,664, 665, 698, 720, M1, M2, M3, M4

Trains: The Worth Valley Railway (steam engine). Alight at Haworth Station. 250 yards uphill, through the park (but remember it’s all downhill on the way back!)

Cycles: Bikes can be locked up outside the cafe on Main Street. Cyclists very welcome.
