Bookings & Reservations
Bookings can only be made over the phone. We highly recommend booking your reservation in advance. When ringing please inform us if you have any allergies we need to be aware of, we are dog friendly but only in certain areas of the cafe, so please let us know if you wish to bring your dog with you. We cannot accommodate prams at tables as we are restricted on space, so please be aware you will need to leave it at the main door.
Once at your table, you will be allocated a two hour duration. If you are running late, please call ahead to let us know. We will hold your table for 15 minutes, unless otherwise informed.
We are extremely busy over weekends and may not always get to the phone, so please keep trying us. On Saturdays, Sundays and school holidays booking ahead is essential, however we do allow space for walk-ins.
Party & Group Bookings
Our café and pottery painting studio on Haworth’s Main Street can accommodate private parties and large group bookings. We can also hold evening events, giving you exclusive access to the whole cafe.
Children’s Parties
Have a memorable party with us here at Cobbles & Clay in our very own private party venue! Let us take the stress out of the day (and the clearing up afterward), by providing a complete party package with each child having thier own hand-painted piece of pottery, delicious food & refreshments.
Parties can be booked from 10:00-12:00 or 14:00-16:00 7 days a week (although please be aware that weekends and school holidays can be very busy). This will give your guests plenty of time to perfect their masterpieces.
Dinos and Dragons, Fairies and Unicorns, £18 per pottery painter, including pot, food, and drinks.
We offer two time slots for the celebrations:
10:00-12:00 - PARTY FOOD: Pancake and toast platter with fruit and a variety of spreads. Choice of juices or milk.
14:00-16:00 - PARTY FOOD: Selection of Mini pizzas, crunchy veg sticks, and tortilla chips. Choice of juices or milk.
Pots will be fully glazed, ready to collect 7 days after the date of the party*.
Option to bring your own birthday cake and decorations.
2 hour duration.
Minimum of 8 Children.
10% Non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
*Collection duration may increase with busier periods in the cafe.

Adult Parties
The fun isn’t just for the kids! A great idea for a family celebration, work do, hen party, baby shower or simply just a get together with friends, our pottery parties are a great way to spend some time getting creative with your favourite people. As we are a licensed café, we have a range of beer, wines and cocktails to get your party going if you’re feeling particularly adventurous (and help release your inner artist!)
For larger groups of 50-100, we can open for the evening, giving you exclusive access to the whole cafe across two levels.
Day Time Parties:
Time Slot available: 14:00-17:00
£500 minimum spend.
Minimum booking of 25 people. Max 50 people with exclusive use of our beautiful upstairs room.
We offer a select seasonal menu to pre-order from, with dietary requirements catered for.
Non Refundable 50% booking fee paid at the time of booking, the remainder to be paid 7 days before the event with pre-orders complete.
Dates are subject to availability. Busy periods, (School Holidays, Christmas) may not be available.

Evening Parties:
£15 per head - to include a range of buffet food, catering for different dietary requirements as needed.
A welcome drink can be added at an additional cost of £5 per person.
Minimum booking of 50 people, Maximum of 80.
Non Refundable 50% booking fee paid at the time of booking, the remainder to be paid 7 days before the event with food confirmations and dietary requirements complete.

Corporate Bookings
We also offer special packages for corporate bookings of up to 50 people for exclusive use of our upstairs ‘Bronte Room’ during the day any time Monday-Thursday. Our peaceful meeting space is set in the inspirational literary village of Haworth and our corporate guests (which have included organisations such as English Heritage, the NHS and Bronte Parsonage Museum) find that pottery painting is a great team building activity that really gets the creative juices flowing. Whether you want to get creative, or just a place to hold your corporate away day, we can offer a range of packages which include catering, pottery painting or both. Our upstairs space has also been used for commercial photo shoots because of its stunning natural light and architectural features.
